Irrigation Controller
Gardens and fountains on a schedule the controller keeps — through a power cut.
Runs irrigation zones and water features to a schedule stored in the controller: start time, duration and days per zone, motorised valves worked in turn, and a reserve level that skips a cycle rather than empty the tank.
| Zones | Several zones on motorised valves (MOV), or the pump switched directly |
|---|---|
| Schedules | Start time, duration and days per zone · cyclic run / rest timers |
| Clock | Real-time clock in the controller — keeps time through internet and power cuts |
| Water guard | Reserve level: a cycle that would take the tank below it is skipped and reported |
| Overrides | Run now · hold for rain · per-zone override |
| Logging | Every run logged with its duration |
Set it once
Irrigation and fountains are the duties everyone means to switch on and forgets to switch off. The Irrigation Controller keeps the schedule itself — so the garden is watered at dawn whether or not anyone is home, and the fountain stops when visiting hours end.
One pump holds the line while motorised valves open each zone in turn, so the motor is not started and stopped for every bed. And because it reads the same tank level as the rest of the system, drinking water is never spent on the lawn by accident.
See it running on irrigation & fountain timers.
