Accurate Tank Level Monitoring
Two ways to read a tank — non-contact ultrasonic on the lid, or a contact hydrostatic level transmitter hanging in the water. Both report live percent and litres, warn you before an overflow or an empty tank, and feed the same reading the controller switches your pumps on.

Digital flow meters turn every pipeline into a number you can manage: litres pumped today, consumption per wing or per site, and totals you can export. Water metering is also your leak detector — flow at 3 AM when everyone is asleep is a leak announcing itself.

Hot Water Circulation
A monitored circulation loop keeps hot water at every tap the moment it opens — no running the shower cold for a minute. The app watches loop temperature, runs the circulation pump only when needed, and coordinates heat pumps and geysers so comfort never fights efficiency.

HPN & Multi-Pump Pressure Systems
Hydro-pneumatic (HPN) systems keep constant pressure across a whole building: pumps cascade in as demand rises, rotate duty so they wear evenly, and stand by for each other. A pressure transmitter on the header puts live line pressure in the app — lead/lag status, pressure trends and every changeover.

Garden irrigation, landscape zones and fountains run to a schedule you set once from your phone: start time, run duration, which days, which zone. The controller keeps time locally, skips a cycle when the tank is too low to spare the water, and logs every run.

What is a smart water IoT app? ＋
A smart water IoT app connects the physical parts of your water system — tanks, pumps, valves, flow meters, heaters — to your phone through internet-connected controllers. The Devyami app shows live tank levels, pump status, pressure, temperature and water consumption, sends instant alerts for faults like dry run or overflow, and lets you switch and schedule equipment from anywhere.
Can I monitor and control my water pump from my phone? ＋
Yes. With an APCON smart motor driver installed, the Devyami app shows your pump live — running or stopped, current, voltage and run hours — and gives you Start/Stop control from anywhere, along with schedules and automation rules. Protection against dry run, overload and phase failure keeps working even when your phone is offline.
Does water automation work without internet? ＋
Yes. All switching and protection logic runs locally inside the APCON controller — tank-level automation, dry-run protection and schedules keep working even with the internet down. The app and cloud add remote visibility, alerts and history on top; they are never a single point of failure for your water supply.
What is water metering and why does it matter? ＋
Water metering measures how much water flows through each line — per day, per building wing, or per site. It matters because you cannot manage what you do not measure: metering exposes leaks (flow at night when nobody is using water), enables fair billing in housing societies, and shows exactly how much water each pump moves.
Can Devyami manage many buildings, or integrate with BMS? ＋
Yes. The platform is multi-site by design: facility teams manage every property from one dashboard with role-based access for owners, managers and operators. For commercial buildings it provides BMS-style monitoring of the complete water side — pumps, tanks, pressure systems, treatment and hot water — without the cost of a full building management system.
Can I retrofit smart water automation to my existing pumps and tanks? ＋
Yes — retrofit is the normal case, not the exception. The APCON smart driver simply takes your old starter panel’s place on the wall — it is the starter, the controller and the monitoring in one box; your pumps, tanks, plumbing and wiring stay exactly as they are. A typical single-pump retrofit is done in a few hours and a full pump room in a day or two, with no civil work and no replacement pumps. Commercial buildings treat this as mandatory infrastructure; for homes and societies facing erratic supply and rising tanker bills, it has become a necessity too.
