- 1. One building, every water system. From the borewell to the last tap, the garden and the pool: water is drawn, treated, lifted, pressurised, heated and circulated — and every pump on the way runs itself. The tour visits each system in turn.
- 2. Borewell to treated water. A submersible pump lifts water from the borewell. A softener takes out the hardness behind scale and white spots, regenerating itself with salt from its brine tank, and the softened water fills the treated water tank under the yard.
- 3. Tank automation lifts it to the terrace. A transfer pump lifts treated water to the overhead tank on the terrace. Level sensors on both tanks tell its Motor Driver when to start and when to stop: the overhead tank stays full, and the pump never runs the treated water tank dry.
- 4. HPN: steady pressure on every floor. On the terrace, a hydro-pneumatic (HPN) booster set draws from the overhead tank and holds every line at a steady pressure — the top floor too, which the tank alone barely reaches. A Multi Pump Controller runs the pumps as equals, staging in a second one at peak demand.
- 5. Hot water from a heat pump. Part of the pressurised supply fills a hot water storage tank. A heat pump keeps it hot, delivering three to four units of heat for every unit of electricity, run by the Heat Pump Controller inside it.
- 6. Hot water circulation: hot at every tap. Hot water runs down to every floor, and a return line brings the loop back up to the storage tank. A recirculation pump on the return, run by its own Motor Driver, moves the water that has cooled in the line — so every tap runs hot in seconds.
- 7. Cold water to every tap and the garden. The cold line runs down to every floor and out to the garden. The irrigation waters to a schedule set once from your phone — start time, how long, which days, which zone — and the Timer & Scheduler keeps it through a power cut.
- 8. The pool: filtration and heating. The pool has its own plant. A filtration pump draws water from the pool through a sand filter, a pool heat pump warms it, and it goes back into the pool — on its own schedule, like the garden.
- 9. Every pump, one app. Every system has its own controller — the borewell, the tank automation, the booster set, the hot water loop, the garden and the pool — and all of them report to the Devyami app: live tank levels, pump status, alerts and schedules, from anywhere.
