An RO plant fails quietly. TDS creeps up as a membrane fouls, a high-pressure pump trips at night, a float sticks and the product tank stops filling — and nobody knows until someone tastes the water or opens a dry tap.
The RO Controller puts the plant’s own numbers on your phone: the water quality going in and coming out, the pressures either side of the membrane, and every pump and switch as it changes. Trends show a membrane wearing out weeks before it fails.
